Experience a healthier twist on BBQ with this Air-Fried BBQ Chicken! This easy recipe combines succulent chicken breasts with a flavorful coating, perfect for any weeknight meal. With the convenience of an air fryer and a delicious finish of spicy BBQ sauce, you’ll love how simple it is to create a satisfying dish that the whole family will enjoy!


Ingredients

  • 1–2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 egg
  • Unsweetened macadamia nut milk (enough to coat the chicken)
  • BBQueen Original Red seasoning
  • McCormick Spice unami seasoning
  • Supreme traditional garlic and pepper seasoning
  • Almond flour (enough to evenly coat the chicken breasts)
  • Hermanos BBQ Keto BBQ sauce

Instructions

  1. Soak the chicken breasts in a mixture of egg and macadamia nut milk. Season with BBQueen Original Red and McCormick Spice unami seasoning along with the garlic and pepper seasoning.
  2. Shake off any excess liquid and coat the chicken in seasoned almond flour, using the same seasonings for flavor. Shake off any excess flour.
  3. Place the chicken in the air fryer and set to 360°F (180°C). Cook for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  4. Once cooked, top the chicken with spicy Hermanos BBQ Keto BBQ sauce and serve!
