Cheesy Bagel Breakfast Sandwich
A delicious cheesy way to start your day! This Cheesy Bagel Breakfast Sandwich is packed with flavor and perfect for breakfast or brunch. It’s easy to make and will leave you craving more!

Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon OUR Original Red
- I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter (for spreading)
- 3/4 cup cheese of choice (shredded)
- 1 Velveeta slice
- 2 3/4 tablespoons crumbled bacon
- 3 eggs
- 1 Royo low carb bagel (or bagel of choice)
Instructions
- Cut the bagel in half and set aside.
- In a pan, fry the eggs with OUR Original Red and crumbled bacon until cooked to your preference.
- In a sprayed fry pan over medium heat, sprinkle the shredded cheese directly into the pan.
- Take the cut side of your bagel and spread I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter on it, then place it on top of the shredded cheese (cut side down).
- Add the cooked eggs and a slice of Velveeta on top of the bagel.
- On the other half of the bagel (cut side facing up), spray with I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter and cover for about a minute to warm.
- Using a spatula, lift the sandwich and spray the pan again. Add a bit more cheese to the pan and flip the entire sandwich over to melt the cheese onto the bagel.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
