Breakfast Pizza

Start your day with a twist on a classic favorite! This Breakfast Pizza is not only easy to make but also customizable to fit your taste. Add protein with your choice of meat or chicken for an extra boost. Enjoy a delicious breakfast that will keep you fueled throughout the morning!

Ingredients

  • Good & Gather ultra-thin pizza crust
  • Pizza sauce (about 1/4 cup)
  • Frozen veggies (or any veggies you have on hand)
  • 2 eggs
  • OUR Original Red (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Crust: Spread approximately 1/4 cup of pizza sauce over the ultra-thin pizza crust. Place the crust in an air fryer or toaster oven for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Sauté the Veggies: In a pan, sauté your desired veggies until they're tender. Layer them on top of the lightly cooked pizza crust.
  3. Cook the Eggs: Crack the eggs into the same pan and cook them just until they're barely set but not runny.
  4. Assemble the Pizza: Place the cooked eggs on top of the veggies and crust, then season with OUR Original Red.
  5. Finish Cooking: Return the pizza to the air fryer or toaster oven and cook for an additional 7-9 minutes, or until the eggs are fully cooked.

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 15 minutes
