This easy recipe uses panko breadcrumbs for a crunchy texture, paired with the savory taste of OUR Steakhouse seasoning. Perfect for busy weeknights, these pork chops are sure to impress your family and friends. Serve them alongside your favorite sides for a complete and satisfying dinner!

Ingredients

  • 2 bone-in pork chops
  • Milk of choice (Katie used Organic Valley skim milk)
  • Panko bread crumbs
  • OUR Steakhouse seasoning
  • Garlic powder
  • Red pepper flakes
  • Sides of choice (Katie paired it with broccoli and jasmine rice)

Instructions

  1. Dredge the pork chops in milk and season them with OUR Steakhouse seasoning, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes.
  2. Once the pork chops are soaked and seasoned, cover them thoroughly with panko bread crumbs.
  3. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C). If desired, line the air fryer basket with Reynolds wrap for easier cleanup.
  4. Place the pork chops in the air fryer and cook for 15 minutes, flipping halfway through to ensure a golden-brown crust on both sides.
  5. Once cooked, plate the pork chops and serve with your choice of sides. Enjoy!
