Discover the easiest and healthiest way to enjoy crispy potato rounds without the mess! Perfect as a snack or a side dish, these air-fried potato rounds are a crowd-pleaser.

Ingredients

  • OUR Nothin’ But Ranch seasoning
  • Olive oil
  • Russet potatoes (or any potatoes you have on hand)
  • Air fryer

Instructions

  1. Prep the Potatoes: Scrub the potato thoroughly, then dice it into nice circular rounds.
  2. Prepare the Air Fryer: Line the basket of your air fryer with Reynolds wrap. Spray it with non-stick cooking spray.
  3. Layer the Potatoes: Arrange the potato rounds in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  4. Season and Oil: Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with OUR Nothin’ But Ranch seasoning.
  5. Cook: Set the air fryer to 400 degrees and cook for 45 minutes, flipping the rounds halfway through for even crispiness.
  6. Serve: Enjoy with your favorite dipping condiment!
