Ingredients

  • Wild caught salmon filets
  • Asian Zing seasoning
  • Coconut aminos (for marinating)
  • Tortillas
  • Cabbage mix (for crunch)

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a baking pan.
  2. Prepare Salmon: Sprinkle the Asian Zing seasoning over the salmon filets, then drizzle with coconut aminos to coat.
  3. Bake: Place the salmon in the greased pan and bake for 15-20 minutes. For an extra crispy finish, broil for an additional 2-3 minutes.
