Ingredients
- 1 chicken thigh or breast
- BBQueen seasoning
- 2 tablespoons agave
- Sea salt (optional)
- Olive oil (for cooking)
- Favorite bun
- Lettuce
- Guacamole
Instructions
- Heat up a skillet with olive oil over medium heat.
- Place the chicken thigh in the skillet and cook on both sides for 2-3 minutes.
- Cover the chicken with BBQueen seasoning and sprinkle with sea salt (if desired). Cook for a few more minutes.
- About 3-5 minutes before you’re ready to plate, add the agave and cook on both sides until golden brown.
