Get ready to elevate your Taco Tuesday with this Big Taco Salad Bowl! Packed with flavor and nutrition, it’s the perfect meal for a quick and satisfying dinner.

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp OUR Taco Knight seasoning
  • 1 mini cup of Wholly Guacamole
  • Buffalo Ranch (or ranch of choice)
  • 2 tbsp black olives
  • 3/8 cup chopped onions
  • 1/2 cup diced fresh tomatoes
  • 2/3 cup roasted corn
  • 1/4 cup fat-free cheese
  • 20 pieces Good Thins rice snacks
  • 3 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 4 ounces ground beef (96% lean, 4% fat)

Instructions

  1. Cook the Meat: In a frying pan, prepare the ground beef and season with OUR Taco Knight.
  2. Prep the Toppings: While the meat is cooking, chop up the black olives, onions, tomatoes, and any other toppings you desire.
  3. Assemble the Bowl: Once the meat is cooked, layer everything in a large bowl. Start with the romaine lettuce, then add the seasoned beef, chopped veggies, olives, corn, and top with guacamole, ranch, and cheese.
  4. Add Crunch: Finish off your salad with Good Thins rice snacks for a delightful crunch!
