Blackened Chicken & Bacon Alfredo Pizza

Crazy flavors, easy ingredients, delicious flavor…we love PIZZA NIGHT!

Ingredients

  • 1 Cut da Carb Flatbread
  • 2–3/8 oz lite shredded mozzarella
  • 2–1/2 T finely shredded parmesan cheese
  • 2 servings of OUR Green Zest
  • 2 Laughing Cow Garlic herb cheese wedges
  • 1/2 diced yellow onion
  • 2 T Bacon Pieces/Bits
  • 5 oz Blackened Chicken
  • Fresh or dried parsley

Instructions

  1. Air fry the chicken at 400°F for 8 minutes.
  2. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  3. Caramelize your onions: In a small fry pan, cook the chopped onions on high heat. Once they start to brown, add a little water, stir, and repeat until golden brown.
  4. Prepare your baking sheet: Spray or line your cookie sheet with foil.
  5. Cut the chicken into bite-size pieces once cooked.
  6. Assemble the pizza:
    • Lay the flatbread on the cookie sheet.
    • Spread the Laughing Cow cheeses to cover the flatbread.
    • Sprinkle with shredded parmesan and then mozzarella.
    • Add your OUR Green Zest.
    • Layer on the bacon and caramelized onions.
    • Distribute the chicken pieces evenly on top.
  7. Bake for 12 minutes.
  8. Finish: Remove from the oven and sprinkle with more seasoning and parsley!

Cook Time: 20 minutes
