Breakfast Burrito with Potatoes, Sausage, and Broccoli

All the GOOD stuff wrapped up into a burrito! Your morning just got better with this delicious and satisfying Breakfast Burrito packed with flavor and nutrition.


Ingredients

  • Flatbread of choice
  • Avocado oil spray (to coat pan)
  • Ore-Ida Potatoes O’Brien (frozen)
  • Nothin’ But Ranch seasoning
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • 50 grams Jimmy Dean turkey sausage crumbles
  • 2–3 eggs (soft scrambled)
  • Fresh chives (chopped)
  • 2 Borden fat-free American cheese slices
  • Cooking spray (for air frying the burrito)

Instructions

  1. In a sauté pan, spray avocado oil to coat the pan.
  2. Add the frozen potatoes, turkey sausage crumbles, and chopped broccoli, cooking until hot and golden brown.
  3. Season everything with Nothin’ But Ranch, salt, and pepper to taste.
  4. While the potatoes, sausage, and broccoli are cooking, scramble the eggs in a separate pan until soft.
  5. Mix in the fresh chives with the scrambled eggs.
  6. Place the cooked ingredients and cheese in the center of the flatbread and roll it up tightly.
  7. Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray, then place the rolled burrito inside.
  8. Air fry at 360–380°F until golden brown.

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cook Time: 15 minutes

Total Time: 25 minutes
