Breakfast Scramble

An easy, healthy, and hearty breakfast that is loaded with protein, veggies, carbs, and of course, deliciousness! This Breakfast Scramble is perfect for jumpstarting your day.


Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • Kale, mushrooms, and Brussels sprouts (to taste)
  • Chicken sausage (sliced)
  • Sweet potato (cubed)
  • Original Red seasoning
  • Olive oil (for sautéing)

Instructions

  1. Air fry the sweet potato and Brussels sprouts with Original Red seasoning at 400°F for 15–20 minutes. Air fryers vary, so keep a close eye on them!
  2. In a separate pan over medium heat, sauté the chicken sausage, kale, and mushrooms in olive oil.
  3. If there's room, fry the eggs in the same pan to combine all the flavors.
  4. Serve with a side of berries for extra color, deliciousness, and health benefits!

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Cook Time: 20 minutes

Total Time: 25 minutes
