Cabbage Fry Recipe
A plant-based dish that is packed with flavor and TOTALLY salt-free! It's easy, quick, and healthy!

Ingredients
- 3–4 tbsp olive oil
- 1/3 of a medium-sized green cabbage
- 1 large baking potato
- 1 (15 oz) can of lentils, drained and rinsed
- 1 yellow onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2-inch chunk of ginger, minced
- 2 tsp OUR Blackened Spice
- 2 tsp OUR Original Red Spice
- Parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Peel and dice the onion, ginger, and garlic.
- In a pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion, ginger, and garlic, and sauté for about 5 minutes.
- While the onion mixture is sautéing, wash the potato and dice it into bite-sized pieces. Add it to the pan and sauté for an additional 6-7 minutes.
- Remove the outer leaves of the cabbage, wash it, and chop 1/3 of the green cabbage.
- Add the chopped cabbage and rinsed lentils into the pan with the other ingredients.
- Stir in OUR spices and cook for another 7-8 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.
- Serve garnished with chopped parsley, if desired.
