Indulge in the most amazing chicken burger you will ever have! These Cheddar Bacon Ranch Chicken Patties are juicy, flavorful, and perfect for any meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 can (14.5 oz) white beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 lb 98%-99% fat-free ground chicken or turkey
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • 2 tsp OUR Nothin' But Ranch seasoning
  • 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 cup shallots, diced
  • 1/3 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 4 slices center-cut bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1 cup fat-free cheddar cheese, shredded

Instructions

  1. Cook the bacon: Cook the bacon until crispy, then set aside to cool.
  2. Preheat the air fryer: Set your air fryer to 390°F (200°C).
  3. Prepare the beans: Drain and rinse the white beans, then mash them roughly in a large bowl with a fork.
  4. Combine ingredients: In the same bowl, add the ground chicken, black pepper, OUR Nothin' But Ranch seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, dill, parsley, cheddar cheese, nonfat Greek yogurt, and the chopped bacon. Mix until just combined—do not overmix.
  5. Form patties: Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape into burger patties.
  6. Cook the patties: Place the patties on a greased air fryer tray or basket. Spray the tops with cooking spray and cook for 10-15 minutes, flipping halfway through and spraying the opposite side.
  7. Check doneness: Ensure the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Once done, let the patties rest on a plate for about 5 minutes.
  8. Serve: Serve on your favorite bun or bread with your desired toppings.
