Ingredients
- 4 Eggs
- 1–7/8 cups thawed hash browns (or homemade)
- 2–3/4 tablespoons bacon pieces/bits
- 1/4 cup lite 3 cheese blend, shredded
- 1 teaspoon OUR Original Red
Instructions
- Thaw your hash browns if they are frozen.
- Preheat your waffle maker.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs.
- Add your cooked bacon, hash browns, and OUR Original Red; stir to combine.
- Spray your waffle maker with non-stick spray, then spoon some of your mixture into the waffle maker and cook until crispy.
