Ingredients

  • 4 Eggs
  • 1–7/8 cups thawed hash browns (or homemade)
  • 2–3/4 tablespoons bacon pieces/bits
  • 1/4 cup lite 3 cheese blend, shredded
  • 1 teaspoon OUR Original Red

Instructions

  1. Thaw your hash browns if they are frozen.
  2. Preheat your waffle maker.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs.
  4. Add your cooked bacon, hash browns, and OUR Original Red; stir to combine.
  5. Spray your waffle maker with non-stick spray, then spoon some of your mixture into the waffle maker and cook until crispy.
