An old classic with a new twist… We can’t get enough of this gooey cheese crunch wrap!

Ingredients

  • 1 Cut da Carb Flatbread
  • 3 oz diced chicken breast
  • 2 oz diced ham
  • 1 slice thin sliced Swiss cheese
  • 1–1/2 oz lite shredded mozzarella
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 serving OUR Green Zest

Instructions

  1. Cook the chicken: Air fry your chicken at 400°F for 8 minutes or prepare it using your preferred method.
  2. Warm the ham: Heat the diced ham in a pan.
  3. Prepare the flatbread: Lay out the Cut da Carb flatbread.
  4. Cut the chicken: Once cooked, cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
  5. Layer the ingredients: Start layering your wrap with half of the cheese, followed by chicken, ham, Dijon mustard, and the remaining cheese. Sprinkle with OUR Green Zest seasoning.
  6. Fold the wrap: Fold the flatbread up like a present, ensuring all the ingredients are sealed inside.
  7. Cook the crunchwrap: Spray the folded side with butter spray and place it in a pan over medium-high heat. Cover with a lid and cook until golden brown, allowing the cheese to melt.
  8. Flip and finish: Spray the top of the crunchwrap, flip it over, cover, and cook until the other side is golden brown. Spray all sides and fry until crispy. Use a spatula to hold the wrap while spraying.
  9. Serve: Cut in half and enjoy your delicious Chicken Cordon Bleu Crunchwrap!
