Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup quick oats
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon instant espresso powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower rice
  • 1 scoop protein powder of choice
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/8 teaspoon OUR Chocolate Crave

Filling

  • 1/4 cup MY BERRY SAUCE

Topping

  • 1 teaspoon coconut sugar

Garnish

  • Pancake syrup (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a food processor, combine all of the oatmeal batter ingredients and blend until smooth.
  3. Pour the batter into a greased oven-safe dish.
  4. Add MY BERRY SAUCE to the center of the batter.
  5. Sprinkle the coconut sugar on top.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes.
  7. Garnish with pancake syrup if desired and enjoy!
