Ingredients
- 1 leftover boneless skinless chicken breast (cooked in the air fryer at 380°F for 25 minutes, seasoned with KABOOM & Nothin’ But Ranch)
- 1 corn on the cob, cooked and kernels removed
- Diced red onion, to taste
- Handful of cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 avocado, diced
- Handful of spinach and romaine lettuce
- 1 bagel, toasted
Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken: Dice up the leftover chicken breast.
- Chop the Veggies: Chop the red onion, cherry tomatoes, avocado, and prepare the spinach and romaine lettuce.
- Toast the Bagel: Toast your bagel to your liking.
- Combine: In a large bowl, throw all the ingredients together and mix well!
