Perfect for breakfast or a sweet snack, it’s a guilt-free way to enjoy chocolate any time of day!


Ingredients

  • 1/2 c Rolled oats
  • 1 T Gluten-free flour
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 c Nut Pods barista oat milk (or milk of choice)
  • 2 T OUR Chocolate Crave
  • 2 T Cane sugar
  • 1 t Baking powder
  • Handful of chocolate chips (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a small loaf pan to prevent sticking.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine all of your ingredients until well mixed.
  4. Pour the mixture into the greased loaf pan and top with additional chocolate chips.
  5. Bake for 15 – 20 minutes, or until fully cooked and set.
  6. Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
