Ingredients
- 1/2 c Rolled oats
- 1 T Gluten-free flour
- 1 Egg
- 1/2 c Nut Pods barista oat milk (or milk of choice)
- 2 T OUR Chocolate Crave
- 2 T Cane sugar
- 1 t Baking powder
- Handful of chocolate chips (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a small loaf pan to prevent sticking.
- In a mixing bowl, combine all of your ingredients until well mixed.
- Pour the mixture into the greased loaf pan and top with additional chocolate chips.
- Bake for 15 – 20 minutes, or until fully cooked and set.
- Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
