Description
Indulge in these decadent Double Chocolate Oatmeal Muffins that combine health and deliciousness in one easy recipe! Ready in just 30 minutes, these muffins are perfect for breakfast or a guilt-free snack. Made with oat flour and enriched with our Chocolate Crave, they’re not only chocolatey but also nutritious. Enjoy the chocolate chips in every bite!
Ingredients
- 1 c Oat flour
- 1/2 c Cane sugar
- 1/4 c OUR Chocolate Crave
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 1 Egg
- 2 T Olive oil
- 2 T Almond milk
- Chocolate chips (to taste)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease only 6 cups of a 12-cup muffin pan (this recipe makes six muffins, but you can double it for more).
- In a mixing bowl, combine all of your ingredients until well blended.
- Pour the batter into the greased muffin pan.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before enjoying!
