Ingredients

  • OUR Original Red (to taste)
  • OUR Everything But Tha’ Salt (to taste)
  • 1/2 red pepper, diced
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • Handful of artichokes, chopped
  • 1 serving goat cheese
  • 1/2 avocado, sliced
  • Handful of spinach
  • 2 large eggs + 1 egg white (for extra protein)
  • Hot sauce of choice (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Whisk Eggs: In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and season with OUR Original Red.
  2. Sauté Vegetables: In a skillet, sauté the diced red pepper, onions, artichokes, and spinach until tender.
  3. Combine: Add the whisked eggs to the sautéed vegetables and crumble the goat cheese on top.
  4. Cook: Gently flip and wrap the eggs to cook all the way through until set.
  5. Plate and Serve: Serve your scramble topped with sliced avocado, a drizzle of hot sauce, and a sprinkle of OUR Everything But Tha’ Salt!
