Discover a quick and delicious way to enjoy a healthy meal with this Easy Shrimp Stir Fry! In just 15 minutes, you'll whip up a dish bursting with flavor and packed with nutrients. Ideal for busy weeknights, this recipe requires minimal ingredients and brings a delightful Asian flair to your table.

Ingredients

  • 12 Raw shrimp, defrosted, no tail, and cleaned
  • 1 tsp OUR Asian Zing
  • 1 (14 oz.) Taylor Farms Ginger stir fry kit
  • 3 tbsp G Hughes Orange Ginger marinade
  • 1 (9 oz.) Trader Joe’s Hearts of palm box
  • Sesame seeds, for garnish
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Avocado oil, for sautéing

Instructions

  1. Season the shrimp with salt, pepper, and OUR Asian Zing.
  2. In a medium heat sauté pan, spray with avocado oil and cook the shrimp for a few minutes on each side. Once cooked, set the shrimp aside.
  3. In the same pan, add the entire stir fry kit (set the sauce aside).
  4. Sauté the stir fry vegetables until tender.
  5. Add the hearts of palm and the cooked shrimp back into the pan.
  6. Incorporate the sauces and garnish with sesame seeds.
  7. Enjoy your meal!
