Discover a quick and delicious way to enjoy a healthy meal with this Easy Shrimp Stir Fry! In just 15 minutes, you'll whip up a dish bursting with flavor and packed with nutrients. Ideal for busy weeknights, this recipe requires minimal ingredients and brings a delightful Asian flair to your table.
Ingredients
- 12 Raw shrimp, defrosted, no tail, and cleaned
- 1 tsp OUR Asian Zing
- 1 (14 oz.) Taylor Farms Ginger stir fry kit
- 3 tbsp G Hughes Orange Ginger marinade
- 1 (9 oz.) Trader Joe’s Hearts of palm box
- Sesame seeds, for garnish
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Avocado oil, for sautéing
Instructions
- Season the shrimp with salt, pepper, and OUR Asian Zing.
- In a medium heat sauté pan, spray with avocado oil and cook the shrimp for a few minutes on each side. Once cooked, set the shrimp aside.
- In the same pan, add the entire stir fry kit (set the sauce aside).
- Sauté the stir fry vegetables until tender.
- Add the hearts of palm and the cooked shrimp back into the pan.
- Incorporate the sauces and garnish with sesame seeds.
- Enjoy your meal!
