Indulge in a delightful twist on a classic favorite with this Eggs Benedict recipe! Perfect for a weekend brunch, this dish features protein-packed ingredients and a creamy hollandaise sauce that will impress your family and friends. With the added kick of KABOOM seasoning, this recipe is both nutritious and delicious.

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp KABOOM
  • Mariae M Merich protein bread
  • Black Forest ham
  • 1 stick of butter
  • 4 yolks for the hollandaise sauce
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

Hollandaise Sauce:

  1. Let the melted butter cool.
  2. Add the lemon juice to the yolks.
  3. Combine the yolks with the butter and blend with an immersion blender.
  4. Add the spices!

Eggs Benedict:

  1. Fry the Mariae M Merich protein bread and Black Forest ham on a non-stick griddle.
  2. Poach the eggs and add some of the hollandaise sauce.
  3. Sprinkle with KABOOM.
  4. ENJOY!
