Ingredients

  • Ezekiel bread
  • Philadelphia whipped cream cheese
  • Tomato, cucumber, and red onion (sliced)
  • Smoked salmon (Biltmore Scottish or any preferred variety)
  • Capers
  • OUR Green Zest
  • Parsley (chopped)
  • Spring mix
  • Radishes (sliced)
  • Roasted mini sweet peppers
  • Olive oil (for drizzling)
  • Balsamic vinegar (for drizzling)

Instructions

  1. Toast the Bread: Toast up the Ezekiel bread until golden brown.
  2. Prepare the Salad: In a bowl, mix together the parsley, spring mix, roasted mini sweet peppers, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar. Plate this mixture as a fresh salad base.
  3. Layer the Toast: Spread a generous layer of cream cheese on the toasted bread. Top with slices of smoked salmon, tomato, cucumber, and red onion.
  4. Garnish: Finish with capers and a sprinkle of OUR Green Zest for an extra burst of flavor!
