Description

Impress your guests with a Grilled Standing Rib Roast that will steal the show at your next BBQ! This succulent roast is seasoned to perfection with a rich butter and Steakhouse seasoning blend, creating a mouthwatering centerpiece for any celebration. Easy to prepare and cooked to juicy perfection, this recipe is a must-try for meat lovers!

Ingredients

  • 8 pound standing rib roast
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 cup Steakhouse seasoning
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Roast: Bring the standing rib roast to room temperature for even cooking.
  2. Season: In a bowl, mix the Steakhouse seasoning with the softened butter. Season the roast generously with salt and pepper on all sides, then rub the butter mixture over the entire roast.
  3. Grill: Using a pit barrel or kettle grill, cook the roast until it reaches an internal temperature of 120°F (49°C) for medium-rare. This typically takes about 1 hour, but cooking times may vary based on grill type and heat.
  4. Rest: Remove the roast from the grill and let it rest for 60 minutes before slicing. This allows the juices to redistribute for a tender, juicy result.
