Ingredients
For the Pizza Dough
- 6 ounces Skinny Pizza Dough (click HERE for recipe)
For the Pink Sauce
- 1/4 cup non-fat Greek yogurt
- 2–3 tbsp marinara sauce
- 1/8 tsp onion powder
- 1/8 tsp garlic powder
- OUR Italian Blast seasoning
For the Toppings
- 1/2 cup fat-free mozzarella cheese
- 1/3 cup sliced and sautéed mushrooms
- 1/3 cup roasted and seasoned broccoli
- 4 slices turkey pepperoni, diced
Instructions
- Prepare the dough: Make the Skinny Pizza Dough and set aside.
- Preheat your oven: Set the oven to 400-425°F.
- Prepare the pan: Lightly spray a cast iron skillet with avocado oil.
- Roll out the dough: Weigh out 6 ounces of the skinny pizza dough and roll it out until the edges are covered.
- Make the pink sauce: In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, marinara sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and OUR Italian Blast seasoning until well mixed.
- Assemble the pizza: Spread the pink sauce over the rolled-out dough. Season the top of the sauce with dried basil, dried oregano, and additional OUR Italian Blast.
- Add finishing touches: Spray the crust with more avocado oil and sprinkle garlic salt along the edges.
- Add toppings: Sprinkle cheese over the sauce, then add your toppings.
- Bake: Place the pizza in the oven and bake for about 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
