Hot Cocoa Brownie Skillet

Indulge in the ultimate winter dessert with our Hot Cocoa Brownie Skillet! This rich and fudgy brownie is topped with fluffy marshmallows, making it the perfect treat for cozy nights and holiday celebrations. Easy to prepare and even easier to enjoy, it’s sure to become a family favorite!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup melted coconut oil (or 1 stick of butter)
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 scoop chocolate collagen
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (added at the end)
  • 1 large handful of marshmallows
  • OUR Chocolate Crave

Instructions

  1. Combine Ingredients: Fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just mixed.
  2. Prepare Skillet: Line a skillet or pan with parchment paper and pour in the batter. Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes.
  3. Add Marshmallows: Remove from the oven, cover the top with marshmallows, and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes. (For a gooier brownie, reduce the baking time.)
  4. Finish with Chocolate Crave: Sprinkle OUR Chocolate Crave over the top once finished.

Serve warm & don’t forget to ENJOY!
