Enjoy a sweet and spicy rice bowl that's both easy and delicious—perfect for a weeknight staple!
Ingredients
- 6 oz 96/4% ground beef
- 3 cups chopped green cabbage
- 1 cup white rice
- 2 tbsp chopped green onions
- White and black sesame seeds (for garnish)
Korean Sauce
- 2 tbsp lite soy sauce
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/2 tbsp seasoned rice vinegar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/8 tsp minced garlic
- 3/4 tsp ginger paste
- 2 tsp OUR Original Red Seasoning
Instructions
- Prepare the cabbage: Chop up the green cabbage and set aside.
- Mix the sauce: In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, sesame oil, minced garlic, ginger paste, and OUR Original Red Seasoning.
- Cook the beef: In a pan, cook the ground beef over medium heat until no longer pink.
- Add cabbage and sauce: Stir in the chopped cabbage and the sauce mixture. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
- Serve: Transfer the mixture to a bowl, and top with chopped green onions and a sprinkle of white and black sesame seeds.
