Description

Revisit your childhood with these delicious Lemon Pepper Chicken Nuggets! Perfectly crispy and packed with flavor, this easy and healthy recipe is a delightful twist on a classic favorite. Ideal for busy weeknights or a fun dinner, these nuggets are sure to bring back fond memories while satisfying your cravings. Serve them with your favorite dipping sauce for an extra treat!

Ingredients

  • 2-3 large chicken thighs or breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup Pamela’s Products gluten-free flour
  • 1 tablespoon OUR Lemon Pep seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the chicken, olive oil, gluten-free flour, and OUR Lemon Pep seasoning in a food processor. Blend until a batter forms.
  3. Scoop the mixture into nugget shapes and arrange them in the air fryer basket.
  4. Cook at 375°F for 15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.
  5. Serve with Primal Kitchen Foods ketchup or your favorite dipping sauce and enjoy!
