Ingredients
- 4 slices Eat Royo Artisan Bread
- 2 tablespoons light mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 slices Borden fat-free American cheese singles
Tuna Mixture
- 1 can Wild Planet albacore tuna in water
- 1 tablespoon Bolthouse Farms Classic Ranch Dressing & Dip
- 1–2 tablespoons nonfat Greek yogurt
- 1/2 tablespoon mustard of choice
- Splash of lemon juice
- 1/4 cup fresh chives, chopped
- 1 teaspoon OUR Nothin' But Ranch seasoning
- Black pepper, to taste
- Salt, to taste (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the Tuna Mixture: In a bowl, combine all ingredients for the tuna mixture. Mix well and set aside.
- Prepare the Bread: Spread 1/2 tablespoon of light mayonnaise on one side of each slice of bread, then sprinkle garlic powder on top.
- Cook the Sandwich: Heat a low-heat pan and place the bread, mayonnaise side down, onto the pan.
- Assemble the Sandwich: Divide the tuna mixture into two portions. Place one portion on the bread in the pan, add a slice of cheese, and top with another slice of bread (mayonnaise side up).
- Brown and Serve: Cook until golden brown on both sides, then remove from heat and enjoy!
