Description

Kickstart your day with this LOADED Breakfast Wrap! Bursting with fresh vegetables, creamy tzatziki, and savory eggs, this wrap is not only delicious but also incredibly nutritious. Perfect for busy mornings or a quick lunch, it's a great way to fuel your day while enjoying every bite. Say goodbye to boring breakfasts!


Ingredients

  • 1 Flatbread of choice
  • 2 T Spinach artichoke tzatziki yogurt
  • 1 C Uncooked zucchini, shredded
  • 1/4 C Red onions, chopped or sliced
  • 1/4 C Roasted red peppers (in water), chopped or sliced
  • 20 g Fat-free cheddar cheese
  • OUR Nothin But Ranch (to taste)
  • OUR Original Red (to taste)
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • 2 Eggs

Instructions

  1. In a small pan, add the shredded zucchini, chopped red onions, and red peppers. Cook until tender, then set aside.
  2. In a separate sauté pan, cook your eggs to your liking, seasoning with salt, pepper, and any additional seasoning you prefer.
  3. Sprinkle the cheese on top of the eggs and allow it to melt.
  4. Take your flatbread and layer in the cooked veggies, tzatziki sauce, and eggs.
  5. Roll up the flatbread tightly and place it back into the hot pan to brown all sides.
  6. Slice in half and enjoy your delicious breakfast wrap!
