Ingredients

For the Pizza:

  • 100g 96/4% extra lean ground beef
  • 1 Cut Da Carb flatbread wrap
  • 2 tablespoons queso cheese dip (jarred)
  • 30g reduced fat shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 servings of Big Mac Sauce (recipe below)
  • Diced white onion
  • Shredded iceberg lettuce
  • Hamburger pickle chips
  • Everything But Tha’ Salt (to taste)

For the Big Mac Sauce:

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 10g Thousand Island dressing
  • 30g fat-free mayonnaise
  • 5g sweet relish
  • 3g no sugar added ketchup

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Prepare your Big Mac Sauce and cook the ground beef in a skillet.
  2. Place the flatbread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and pre-bake for about 1-2 minutes to crisp it up.
  3. Spread the queso cheese dip evenly over the flatbread as your base sauce.
  4. Add the cooked ground beef and shredded cheddar cheese on top. Return to the oven and bake until the cheese is melted and the edges are golden brown, about 4-6 minutes.
