Mushroom Lovers Pizza

For ALL of your mushroom lovers out there, this pizza is for YOU!

Ingredients

  • 6 ounces Skinny Pizza Dough (find the recipe HERE)
  • Avocado oil spray
  • 55 grams whipped cottage cheese (blend until smooth)
  • 1/2 cup fat-free mozzarella cheese (or cheese of choice)
  • 1 slice chicken sausage
  • 1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/4 tsp OUR Green Zest
  • 1/4 tsp OUR Italian Blast
  • Garlic powder to taste
  • Red pepper flakes
  • Grated parmesan cheese for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare a single batch of Skinny Pizza Dough.
  2. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  3. Once the dough is ready, portion out 6 ounces for this pizza.
  4. Roll the dough into a lightly sprayed cast iron skillet with avocado oil.
  5. Spread the whipped cottage cheese evenly over the dough, followed by the fat-free mozzarella cheese.
  6. Layer on the chicken sausage slices and mushrooms.
  7. Lightly spray the crust with avocado oil and sprinkle garlic salt along the edges.
  8. Sprinkle the seasonings around the pizza, then place it in the preheated oven.
  9. Bake until golden brown, about 10-15 minutes.
  10. Garnish with grated parmesan cheese and a sprinkle of red pepper flakes.
