Ingredients
- 6 ounces Skinny Pizza Dough (find the recipe HERE)
- Avocado oil spray
- 55 grams whipped cottage cheese (blend until smooth)
- 1/2 cup fat-free mozzarella cheese (or cheese of choice)
- 1 slice chicken sausage
- 1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1/4 tsp OUR Green Zest
- 1/4 tsp OUR Italian Blast
- Garlic powder to taste
- Red pepper flakes
- Grated parmesan cheese for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare a single batch of Skinny Pizza Dough.
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Once the dough is ready, portion out 6 ounces for this pizza.
- Roll the dough into a lightly sprayed cast iron skillet with avocado oil.
- Spread the whipped cottage cheese evenly over the dough, followed by the fat-free mozzarella cheese.
- Layer on the chicken sausage slices and mushrooms.
- Lightly spray the crust with avocado oil and sprinkle garlic salt along the edges.
- Sprinkle the seasonings around the pizza, then place it in the preheated oven.
- Bake until golden brown, about 10-15 minutes.
- Garnish with grated parmesan cheese and a sprinkle of red pepper flakes.
