Holy HOT Chicken, this is AH-MAZING!
Ingredients
- 5 ounces Just Bare chicken chunks
- 1 cup white rice
- For the Nashville Hot Sauce:
- 1 tsp Swerve brown sugar
- 1 tbsp Pyure sugar-free honey
- 1 tbsp lite butter spread
- 1/8 tsp cumin
- 1/8 tsp cornstarch
- 1/8 tsp garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp paprika
- 1/8 tsp OUR Blackened seasoning
Instructions
- Cook the chicken: Air fry the chicken chunks at 400°F for 9 minutes.
- Prepare the sauce: In a saucepan, heat the Nashville hot sauce ingredients until combined and slightly thickened.
- Cook the rice: Prepare instant rice according to package instructions.
- Combine chicken and sauce: Once the chicken is done, add it to the saucepan with the hot sauce and mix well.
- Assemble the bowl: Scoop cooked rice into a bowl and top with the spicy chicken mixture. For an extra kick, add dill pickles on top (optional).
