Ingredients

  • 2 cups @lovegrown Cocoa Krispies
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon Chocolate Crave

For the Chocolate Coating:

  • 4 oz unsweetened baking chocolate
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Chocolate Crave

Instructions

  1. Melt Ingredients: In a microwave-safe bowl, heat the peanut butter and coconut oil together until melted. Stir until smooth.
  2. Combine Krispie Ingredients: In a large bowl, mix together the Cocoa Krispies, oats, cocoa powder, and the melted peanut butter mixture. Stir until fully combined.
  3. Press Mixture: Press the mixture into an 8 x 11 baking pan and refrigerate for about 10 minutes to firm up.
  4. Prepare Chocolate Coating: In a separate bowl, melt the chocolate coating ingredients together until smooth. Pour the melted chocolate over the krispies and sprinkle with colorful sprinkles, if desired.
  5. Chill and Serve: Refrigerate until the chocolate has hardened enough to cut into squares. Enjoy!
