The easiest, juiciest, and most DELICIOUS salmon you will ever make!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound of fresh salmon
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Red Mountain Rub (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the salmon: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Add olive oil: Drizzle the olive oil over the salmon fillet, ensuring it's evenly coated.
  3. Season: Sprinkle the Red Mountain Rub all over the salmon for added flavor.
  4. Bake: Place the salmon in the oven and bake for 18-20 minutes. Check for doneness before removing from the oven to ensure it is cooked through.

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Cook Time: 20 minutes
