The easiest way to make those yummy Philly Cheesesteaks that everyone will LOVE!

Ingredients

  • Avocado oil spray
  • 1/2 cup bell peppers, sliced thin
  • 1/3 cup onions, sliced thin
  • 1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/2 tsp OUR Green Zest
  • 1/2 tsp OUR Steakhouse seasoning
  • 3 oz London broil roast beef, chopped
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 roll or bread of choice
  • 2 slices fat-free American cheese
  • 20 grams fat-free mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Sauté the vegetables: In a lightly greased sauté pan with avocado oil, cook the bell peppers until tender.
  2. Add onions and mushrooms: Once the peppers are tender, add the onions and mushrooms.
  3. Season: Sprinkle with OUR Steakhouse seasoning and OUR Green Zest. Add a splash of beef broth to keep the veggies moist and prevent burning.
  4. Add the beef: Chop the roast beef into bite-sized pieces and add to the pan. Season to taste and add more beef broth if needed.
  5. Mix in Worcestershire sauce and cheese: Add the Worcestershire sauce and both cheeses. Cook on low until melted.
  6. Assemble the cheesesteak: Once everything is melted, add the mixture to your flatbread, roll it up, and enjoy! For a crispy exterior, place the rolled cheesesteak in the air fryer or oven until golden.
