Ingredients

  • OUR Kaboom and Nothin’ But Ranch (to taste)
  • 1/2 cup oatmeal
  • 2 large eggs + 1 egg white
  • Mushrooms and onions (or any veggies you have on hand)
  • Guacamole (for topping)
  • Hot sauce (for a spicy kick)

Instructions

  1. Cook Oatmeal: Prepare the oatmeal according to package instructions. Add more water, 1 egg white, and stir until well blended. Cook for an additional minute.
  2. Sauté Vegetables: In a separate pan, cook the mushrooms and onions (or your chosen veggies) and season them with OUR Kaboom and Nothin’ But Ranch.
  3. Fry Eggs: Cook the eggs to your liking (fried, scrambled, etc.).
  4. Assemble: Layer the sautéed veggies and fried eggs on top of the cooked oatmeal.
  5. Finish: Add a dollop of guacamole and a drizzle of hot sauce for extra flavor!
