Shrimp & Chicken Sausage Omelette
This Shrimp & Chicken Sausage Omelette is packed with cheesy goodness and loaded with flavor. A quick and satisfying meal, perfect for breakfast or brunch. YES and PLEASE!

Ingredients
- 5 ounces cooked tail-off shrimp
- 3/8 cup shredded cheese of choice
- 2 links andouille chicken sausage
- 4 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon OUR Original Red
- Pam cooking spray
Instructions
- Whisk the eggs in a bowl and pour them into a frying pan coated with Pam cooking spray.
- While the eggs cook on low/medium heat, pan-fry the shrimp and chicken sausage with OUR Original Red until heated through.
- Once the eggs are almost set, add half the cheese, shrimp, and sausage to one side. Fold the omelette over and sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
- Cover the pan to melt the cheese and create cheesy deliciousness.
- Serve hot, topped with parsley and an extra sprinkle of OUR Original Red!
