Description
Whip up a Simple Chicken Dinner in less than 30 minutes! This easy, healthy, and delicious meal is perfect for one. Featuring tender chicken breast paired with vibrant broccoli and fluffy Jasmine rice, this dish is seasoned to perfection with KABOOM and Nothin’ But Ranch. It’s a satisfying dinner that’s quick enough for busy weeknights but flavorful enough to impress!
Ingredients
- 1 skinless boneless chicken breast
- 1 serving of broccoli
- 1 serving of Jasmine rice
- 1/2 avocado
- KABOOM seasoning
- Nothin’ But Ranch seasoning
Instructions
- Prepare Air-Fryer: Line the air fryer basket with Reynolds wrap and spray with cooking spray.
- Season Ingredients: Season the chicken and broccoli with KABOOM (note: it's quite spicy, so adjust to taste!) and Nothin’ But Ranch.
- Cook in Air-Fryer: Place the chicken and broccoli in the air fryer at 400°F (200°C) for 13 minutes. Keep an eye on it, especially if it's your first time cooking chicken in the air fryer.
- Cook Rice: Prepare Jasmine rice on the stovetop, in the microwave, or in a rice cooker—whatever method you prefer.
- Assemble and Serve: Plate the chicken, broccoli, and rice, then add sliced avocado on top. Drizzle with hot sauce for an extra kick or enjoy it as is. ENJOY!
