Smashed Avocado Toast

There is no better combo than avocados and eggs! This Smashed Avocado Toast is easy, healthy, versatile, and downright delicious. Perfect for breakfast or a light snack, it’s sure to satisfy your cravings!

Ingredients

  • 2 slices of your favorite toast
  • Smashed Avocado
    • 2.5 oz. ripe avocado
    • OUR Italian Blast (to taste)
  • EGGS
    • 2 eggs, cooked over medium
    • OUR Green Zest seasoning (to taste)
    • OUR Original Red seasoning (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Mash the Avocado: In a small bowl, use a fork to mash the avocado. Season with your desired DAK’s spice and set aside.
  2. Toast the Bread: Toast the slices of your favorite bread until golden brown.
  3. Cook the Eggs: In a non-stick pan, heat some avocado oil over medium heat. Crack the eggs into the pan and season with YOUR Green Zest and OUR Original Red seasoning.
  4. Steam the Eggs: Pour 1-2 tablespoons of water into the center of the pan, cover with a lid, and reduce the heat to cook the eggs to your desired doneness.
  5. Assemble: Once the bread is toasted, smear the avocado mash evenly between the two slices. Top with the cooked eggs.
  6. Enjoy!: Serve immediately and savor every bite.
