Stacked Brunch Sandwich

The perfect breakfast sandwich to keep you fueled and energized for hours! Easy, healthy, and delicious, this Stacked Brunch Sandwich is a must-try for your next brunch.


Ingredients

  • 2 slices light rye bread (Stop and Shop brand)
  • 2 slices Borden Cheese non-fat American cheese
  • Lettuce (to taste)
  • Tomatoes (sliced)
  • 2 Morning Star Farms veggie sausage patties
  • 2 Medium Eggland's Best eggs
  • Everything But-Tha Salt (for seasoning)

Instructions

  1. Cook the eggs and sausage patties in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Season both the eggs and sausage with Everything But-Tha Salt.
  3. Toast the rye bread until golden brown.
  4. Stack the cooked sausage, eggs, cheese, lettuce, and tomatoes on the toasted bread.
  5. Cut the sandwich in half and enjoy!

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Cook Time: 15 minutes

Total Time: 20 minutes
