Stacked Brunch Sandwich
The perfect breakfast sandwich to keep you fueled and energized for hours! Easy, healthy, and delicious, this Stacked Brunch Sandwich is a must-try for your next brunch.
Ingredients
- 2 slices light rye bread (Stop and Shop brand)
- 2 slices Borden Cheese non-fat American cheese
- Lettuce (to taste)
- Tomatoes (sliced)
- 2 Morning Star Farms veggie sausage patties
- 2 Medium Eggland's Best eggs
- Everything But-Tha Salt (for seasoning)
Instructions
- Cook the eggs and sausage patties in a pan over medium heat.
- Season both the eggs and sausage with Everything But-Tha Salt.
- Toast the rye bread until golden brown.
- Stack the cooked sausage, eggs, cheese, lettuce, and tomatoes on the toasted bread.
- Cut the sandwich in half and enjoy!
