Description

Nothing beats a delicious steak dinner, and Steak Night Is A Good Night is the perfect way to enjoy it! This simple and healthy recipe features a juicy New York Strip Loin Steak, perfectly grilled alongside seasoned broccoli. With minimal prep and cook time, this meal is sure to impress while being easy to make. Fire up the grill and treat yourself to a fantastic dinner tonight!


Ingredients

  • New York Strip Loin Steak
  • KABOOM seasoning
  • Steakhouse seasoning
  • Broccoli
  • Olive oil
  • Rice or potatoes (for your preferred side)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season the broccoli with olive oil and sprinkle the steak generously with KABOOM and Steakhouse seasonings.
  3. Place the broccoli on the grill first, cooking for about 15 minutes or until it reaches your desired level of crispiness.
  4. Add the steak to the grill and cook for approximately 4 minutes on each side, adjusting time for your preferred doneness (longer for medium).
  5. For your side, Katie prepared rice in a rice cooker, which takes about 30 minutes. If you prefer potatoes, grill them for 30-45 minutes.
