Turkey Bacon & Spinach Egg Cups
These Turkey Bacon & Spinach Egg Cups are an easy, healthy, and versatile meal prep recipe that’s DELICIOUS! Perfect for busy mornings, these protein-packed cups will keep you satisfied and energized throughout the day.

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon OUR Original Red
- Shredded frozen hash browns (enough to cover the bottom of each cupcake liner)
- 1 cup chopped spinach
- 1 package cooked and chopped turkey bacon
- 10 whisked eggs
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
- Place liners inside a cupcake tin.
- Add enough frozen shredded hash browns to lightly cover the bottom of each liner (or use two tater tots in each).
- Season the hash browns with OUR Original Red.
- Fill each cup halfway with chopped spinach.
- Add the chopped turkey bacon evenly into each cup.
- Pour the whisked eggs evenly over the 12 cups.
- Top with black pepper to taste.
- Bake for 20 minutes until the egg is set.
- Serve with hot sauce and ENJOY!
To reheat: Place 2 egg cups on a plate and microwave for 45 seconds.
