Description

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 Cups Zucchini, shredded and strained
- 1/2 Cup Peanut Butter powder
- 2–3 TBSP Water
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla bean paste or extract
- 2 T Pure maple syrup
- 1/2 C Cane sugar
- 1/2 C Unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 C Almond flour
- 1/2 tsp Baking powder
- 1/2 tsp Baking soda
- 1 tsp Salt
- OUR Chocolate Crave (to taste)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Shred the zucchini using a small grater. For a smoother brownie texture, place in a food processor until finely blended.
- Squeeze out excess water from the zucchini using a clean towel.
- Place the drained zucchini in a mixing bowl.
- In a separate small bowl, combine peanut butter powder with water until you achieve a peanut butter-like consistency.
- Add the peanut butter mixture to the zucchini along with vanilla, maple syrup, sugar, cocoa powder, almond flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and OUR Chocolate Crave.
- Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased 9x9 baking pan lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
- Allow to cool on the counter for 20-30 minutes before cutting into squares.
